Through research and testing I redesigned the navigation of the product to reduce time on tasks by 22-36 seconds and Increase task completion by 34-50%.
Increasing Adoption Rate for Devices
JumpCloud's goal was to make IT easy for small to medium size businesses. A goal of the organization was to make it easier for our customers to onboard their devices with us, therefore making them easier to manage. Through research and design, I was able to improve the adoption rate of devices by 4% leading to an additional 100k devices.
Increasing Adoption of Policies, Commands, & Apps
JumpCloud's goal was to make IT easy for small to medium size businesses. An impactful behavior to the success of a customer was adopting policies, commands, or applications. Through research and updated designs, I was able to accomplish an improved adoption rate for policies (11%+), commands (3%+), applications (4%+).
Improving Efficiency for EMS QAQI Tools
Through contextual inquiry, I reduced clutter by 70% and reduced the time it takes an EMS (Emergency Medical Services) supervisor to review a case by 30%.
Inventing a CPR Signature
A method to recognize who administered a specific set of CPR using machine learning/ artificial intelligence.
